Pumpful is made by one indie developer. Here are quick answers — and how to reach out.

Restore a purchase

Reinstalled or switched devices? Open Pumpful → tap Unlock Pro → Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it carries over automatically.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pumpful. You can change plans or cancel anytime. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period.

Back up your data

Your data is stored only on your device, and we can’t recover it for you. If you delete the app or change phones, it’s gone unless you saved a copy first. Pro includes Backup and CSV export in Stats — use them regularly.
