By downloading or using Pumpful (“the app”), you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Adler Lin (“we”, “us”).

Your account & content

No account is required. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping backups of any information important to you. We recommend iCloud sync to keep your data across your devices.

Subscriptions

• Pumpful Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, with a Monthly ($4.99) and a Yearly ($29.99) option. Pricing is shown in the app and confirmed by Apple at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the chosen plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own pumping and feeding tracking. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what Apple’s App Store terms allow.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to access another person’s data, or interfere with the app’s operation.

The app is provided “as is”

Pumpful is a tracking tool, not medical advice. It does not provide medical guidance, and you should consult a qualified professional for lactation or health decisions. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data. Your use is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
